I took my 16 month dog there urgently because she was choking and distraught, only for them to say it does not look life threatening and turned her away because i was not registered with them, and suggested I go to grove Lodge vets at Worthing which took another 40 minutes in traffic with my dog choking and panicking, grove lodge were absolutely brilliant and caring and done everything possible and got I straight away, so vets for pets are the most uncaring vets I have ever known and a disgrace to call themselves caring

From the ladies on reception to the triage and the vets that tried so hard to help my 13 yr old KC spaniel. Thank you all for caring so much. Thank you all for my card after she went to sleep for the last time. Missed so much but never forgotten.

Vets for pets Rustington diagnosed and cared for my dog at the end of his life nearly a year ago. I have just been back with my elderly cat and the level of care and compassion they show the animals is amazing. The caring attitude goes beyond the animals to the owners as well and I will always speak highly of them and recommend them to anyone.

Disappointing had an appointment for 16.10. 20 minutes later still waiting, after I complained was told that there was an emergency, obviously all forms of communication had been lost I would probably still be sitting there is I hadn't of had a moan. If I had of been late i would have been threatened with a £30 plus charge. But it's ok for them disappointing have to take him back again today art 2.30pm in the heat not ideal but then when it becomes a out money what do you expect !!
