Staff are all friendly. Not convinced all health checks are carried out as tooky kitten 3 times for vaccines and a pre check for neutering, no mentNever received the quote for my kittens neutering treatment.

Wonderful practice my little dog masey they have saved her life so many times with the care they have given her ,masey loves going and can recognise there practices signs and crys to go in if they are closed amazing vets nurses and receptions staff ,masey has attended so many of there clinics and hospitals where she was in when she was very poorly they have always supported me over the years thank you arun 100 per cent I trust them in caring for her

I took my daughter's small dog, Lucy, to Arun Vets in Worthing . I was temporarily looking after her and she was in obvious pain but I had no idea where from . The vets registered her and contacted her own vets in the midlands within the day and I was offered an appointment to see a lovely vet . All the staff were so kind, supportive and friendly. The vet herself was extremely thorough and compassionate she identified the problem immediately and sent us home with medication and reassurance. Thank you so much . You were all brilliant and I thoroughly recommend this practice to all .

June 2022 had the most amazing experience at this vet, with Dru particularly. Our dog was struggling to walk. Another local vet told us it was arthritis and apart from an anti inflammatory there was nothing we could do, apart from exercise more! All very upsetting. We went to Arun for a 2nd opinion and Dru spotted a cruciate ligament rupture immediately. X rays confirmed. Communication was great and we were lucky to have the procedure to repair it at the Chichester branch, with the female surgeon there, who was amazing. It was a complete success. He was checked again 5 months later and there was minimal swelling and he was like a young pup again at almost 11. Thoroughly recommend. All staff were amazing with very friendly nurses and receptionists. So glad we decided to go there. Mel was super helpful getting us in initially too. They also ensure all the insurance goes through ok with a dedicated email. Becky physio was also very helpful. Finlay loved them all. (Especially Dru) so, so grateful, thanks Arun. The advice throughout was perfect. This review was not published due photos but now edited in 2025.
