The arc doesn't see you as a customer they see you as a cash cow. Go to the - Mid Sussex vet's between the fox pub and Wivelsfield Green instead. You most certainly won't get ripped off there, go to the arc and your spend thousands.

All the staff at this practice are brilliant, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and although we have moved away from the area I still use them as my regular vets. I would highly recommend them.

Jenny & the team sprung to action when my little dog hurt his paw, quickly identifying what was the issue and resolving it. They were fantastic at reassuring me (typical first time dog mum) and helping Franco to get better. The team were so kind throughout, highly recommend.
